Fandom Expands Executive Leadership Team with Key Hires Across Community, Product and Revenue

Regine Weiner, Bethany Eppner and Robert Kamphausen Join the Expanding Team at the World’s Largest Fan Platform

San Francisco, CA – January 30, 2025 – Today, Fandom announced an expansion of its executive team as the company continues to grow to meet the needs of its users, creators and industry partners:

  • Regine Weiner joins Fandom as Senior Vice President of Community & Commerce, overseeing Fandom’s industry-leading community platform and e-commerce gaming retailer Fanatical

  • Bethany Eppner joins the team as Vice President of Global Business Marketing, developing and executing go-to-market strategies highlighting Fandom’s unique marketplace positioning and advertising solutions

  • Robert Kamphausen comes to the company as Vice President of Product Management for User Experience, responsible for building Fandom’s product strategy and delivering outstanding user experiences across its portfolio of fan-first brands


These three distinguished leaders join Fandom’s executive team as the platform expands its reach and enhances its commitment to delivering a best-in-class experience for its more than 350 million monthly users and roster of high profile partners including TV, film and gaming studios.

Weiner, reporting to CEO Perkins Miller, will oversee Fandom’s extensive network of over 250,000 wiki communities, leading initiatives to enhance creator engagement, bolster trust & safety initiatives, and grow the user experience. She’ll also manage the company’s ecommerce business, Fanatical, driving strategic growth through innovative gaming partnerships, curated digital content bundles, and fan-centric commerce experiences. Prior to joining Fandom, Weiner served as Head of Studio at Dubit, where she led the development of branded experiences on Roblox and UEFN for major partners like NCT-127, Nascar, and H&M. In addition, she’s held senior roles at Mediatonic Games, Space Ape Games, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Disney, where she spearheaded community development, player experience, user research, and production for a range of iconic titles including Fall Guys, Transformers: Earth Wars, Neopets and Toontown.

Eppner will develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies highlighting Fandom’s unique advertising solutions across its portfolio of fan-first brands. In her role, reporting to Chief Revenue Officer Jeremy Steinberg, she will also curate custom B2B advertising campaigns that leverage Fandom’s platform and audience insights to enhance client awareness and engagement. Before joining Fandom, she served as the Senior GTM Lead at Amazon where she drove growth strategies for emerging advertising products, launched AI tools, and positioned sales solutions as full-funnel offerings. She also previously was the Global Head of Advertising Solutions at Spotify.

Kamphausen will be responsible for building Fandom’s product strategy and delivering outstanding user experiences for the platform’s users. Reporting to Chief Product Officer Peter Mansour, Kamphausen will execute company-wide initiatives that increase user engagement and retention, leveraging insights from Fandom’s communities to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Prior to Fandom, Robert was VP of Product Management and User Experience at Warner Bros. Discovery where he shaped the direction for product management across the company’s direct-to-consumer portfolio.
